Why are the normal text commands no longer available?

On May 1, bots can no longer read all message content. This means that the bot no longer knows whether and which command was executed. This provides more privacy, but forces the messenger developers to switch to slash commands at the same time. Read more .

Visit https://fishstickbot.com/invite

Step 2

You should see a menu like this:

Now tap or click Select a server. A drop-down menu should appear including all servers you gotManage Server permissions in. Select the server you want the bot to join. Afterwards click continue.

Step 3

After selecting a server, you should see something like this:

As long you are not experienced with Discord's permissions system, keep all permissions selected. Click the Authorize button and complete the Captcha.

Invite Troubleshooting

I can't find my server. What's the reason?

The main reason for your server not appearing in the drop-down menu is the use of the wrong account. Make sure you're logged into the right account which you can check on the top of the invite screen. You should see your profile picture and Discord tag. If it's the wrong account, press the Not you? button.

Discord asks me to verify my email address.

If you like to add a bot to a server you require an account with a verified e-mail. Head over to your user settings and verify your e-mail.

Step 1

Type /login.

Step 2

You should see a menu like this:

Now tap or click Save New Account.

Step 3

After clicking on it, you should see something like this:

Now click on Epic Games button and go to the site it takes you to.

Step 4

You should see something like this on the website:

Now copy the 32 digit authorization code from it, for eg: 60d5606368954727a768fa84093736a5.

Step 5

Go back to discord, where you used the /login command and click Submit Code button.

Step 6

You should see a popup modal like this:

Enter the 32 digit authorization code that you copied earlier into it and click Submit. Now the modal should close and you should get logged in.
